The red honey process is recognised for its fuller body. The process involves a semi wash of the green bean removing only some of the mucilage. After drying, the remaining sweet mucilage creates the perfect support for a long, satisfying aftertaste of sweet chocolate, almond, blackberry and a touch of grapefruit citrus. The cupping score is above 85 points and is best roasted as a single origin filter or espresso to ensure the best cup of coffee.
