Nicaragua, Honey Processed Selva Negra

Established in 1974, La Hammonia Selva Negra is located in Central America and is home to this self-sustaining eco-village and the makers of certified organic coffee. The ripe cherries are handpicked by farmers that live in the eco-village and is sustainably washed using mountain water. The cherries undergo a 12-hour fermentation process, a second wash, and then dry on beds. Exhibiting a fruity aroma, the Selva Negra coffee bean has the most compelling flavour of Nicaragua.
