Crafted through a process of fermentation at Finca La Riviera in Santa Rosa de Cabal, Risaralda, farmer Julio César Madrid cultivates this lot at 1,750 masl, beneath the volcanic slopes of Los Nevados National Natural Park. Here, mineral-rich soils, crisp mountain air, and thriving biodiversity provide the foundation for truly distinctive coffee.

Together with fermentation specialist Andrés Julio Quiceno, their process goes beyond conventional washed or natural techniques, transforming each cherry into a living canvas of terroir, innovation, and daring creativity. Tropical fruits such as papaya and mango guide the cultured fermentation, shaping an espresso that is both vibrant and precise.
