Colombia is the world’s second largest producer of arabica coffee, and Huila’s farms stretch across the slopes of the famed Andes mountains. Benefiting from a tropical climate, high elevations with altitude of 1350 - 1900 and rich volcanic soils, the region is celebrated for producing exceptional coffees, loved worldwide. Cherries are pulped and wet fermented in to remove mucilage, then washed thoroughly in channels for clarity and vibrancy. Finally, the beans are dried on beds until they reach 10–12% moisture content, resulting in a coffee that embodies Huila’s signature balance of sweetness and complexity.
