Yirgacheffe Werka Chelchele is located in the Gedeb District of Ethiopia, renowned for exceptional quality. This coffee is sourced from over 500 local farmers who grow crops on small plots at altitudes of 1950–2050 masl. Coffee cherries are dried under shade for 3 days and then in full sun for an additional 19 days, enhancing this robust and versatile flavour profile.
