A divinely unique cup with notes of lychees in rose syrup, pink marshmallow sweetness, juicy watermelon and smooth cacao.
Meticulously processed at Railaco Station, which has been operating since 2008. Coffee cherries are sorted via flotation, sun-dried on raised beds, and hand-graded by a dedicated local team. Organic waste is repurposed into fertiliser, and the station provides essential support services including meals and lodging for seasonal workers.
